I managed ambassadors and moderators team for one year, effectively guiding them and creating KPIs based on the situation. I also prepared weekly and monthly reports, which helped evaluate and improve the team’s overall performance, as well as track progress and growth.
I established 100+ strategic and co-marketing partnerships across multiple categories, including GameFi, AI, DeFi, and various protocol ecosystems. I also organized X Spaces, AMAs and roundtable sessions with partner projects, each with clear agendas and community giveaways.
I managed large communities (150K–200K Members) on Telegram and Discord, providing quick and reasonable responses, ensuring a bot-free environment and always maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Collaborated with top-tier, reputable 100+ KOLs and influencers across various categories, including DeFi, airdrops, trading, alpha hunting, yield farming and more.
During the ambassador program, I recruited 20 micro KOLs to create content for the project and guided and managed them over a two month period.
